Baptiste Power of Yoga™ Class Schedule
All Yoga Classes are located in Marin County, California.
Baptiste Power of Yoga™ Teachers will gently guide you through each yoga class encouraging you to work at your own level of ability.
You will learn to work within your own level of comfort. The yoga classes offer challenge while supporting each students individual needs.

1:00-2:00 PM	Bay Club Marin Yoga With Weights - All Levels Welcome Non-member Bay Club drop-ins are welcome to purchase a five or ten Class Card at $20 per class. E-mail info@powerofyoga.com if interested ahead of time.

10:30-11:30 am	Fitness SF Baptiste Breath Based Flow - Level 1-3
Friday 1:00-2:00 pm	Bay Club Yoga With Weights - All Levels Welcome (for details see Tuesday description)
Saturday 8:15-9:30 am	Body Kinetics Baptiste Breath Based Flow - Level 1-3
10:00-11:00 am	Osher Marin Jewish Community Center Baptiste Breath Based Flow All levels, beginners welcome
